Approval of Maintenance Plan and Designation of Areas for Air
Quality Planning Purposes; Ohio; Reopening of Comment Period
AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
ACTION: Proposed rule; reopening of comment period.

SUMMARY: USEPA is reopening the comment period for a proposed rule
published on December 20, 1993 (58 FR 66334). On December 20, 1993,
USEPA proposed disapproval of the ozone redesignation requests for
Preble, Columbiana and Jefferson Counties.
The USEPA is reopening the comment period for this action to honor
requests from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and the Regional
Air Pollution Control Agency to extend the comment period ninety days.
DATES: Comments regarding the proposed disapproval of the ozone
redesignation request for Preble County must be received by April 19,
1994.
