Notice of Commission Visit

February 14, 1994.
    Notice is hereby given that on February 22, through February 25, 
1994, members of the Commission and certain advisory staff personnel 
will visit the offices and/or mailing operations of Donnelley Marketing 
in Stamford, Connecticut; Readers Digest in Pleasantville, New York; 
and, officials of McGraw-Hill and Time Warner in New York City.
    A report of the visits will be on file in the Commission's Docket
