Correction

    In notice document 98-3089 appearing on page 6511, in the issue of 
Monday, February 9, 1998, make the following corrections:
    1. On page 6511, in the first column, the heading should read as 
set forth above.
    2. On the same page, in the same column, in the 3rd line from the 
bottom, ``confessional'' should read ``concessional''.
    3. On the same page, in the second column, in the Request for 
Comments: paragraph, in the 12th line, ``equality'' should read 
``quality''.
