    SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of the Civil 
    Rights Commission Amendments Act of 1994, Section 3, Public Law 103-
    419, 108 Stat. 4338, as amended, and 45 CFR 702.3, that a public 
    hearing before a Subcommittee of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
    which was to have commenced on Friday, February 20, 1998, beginning at 
    8:30 a.m., in the Justice Joseph A. Rattigan Building, in Conference 
    Room 410, located at 50 D Street, Santa Rosa, CA 95404, has been 
    cancelled, Notice of said hearing was published in the Federal Register 
    on January 28, 1998, FR Doc. 98-2113, 63 FR 4218, No. 18.
