    Technology Transfer Act of 1986
    
    AGENCY: U.S. Geological Survey, Interior.
    
    ACTION: Notice of proposed Cooperative Research and Development 
    Agreement (CRADA) negotiations.

    SUMMARY: The United States Geological Survey (USGS) is planning to 
    enter into a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) 
    with Sedona GeoServices, Inc., Limerick, Pennsylvania. The purpose of 
    the CRADA is to jointly research and develop new algorithms and 
    advanced methods of automatic contour vectorization. Any other 
    organization interested in pursuing the possibility of a CRADA for 
    similar kinds of activities should contact the USGS.
