Correction

    In notice document 99-3217, beginning on page 6642, in the issue of 
Wednesday, February 10, 1999, make the following correction:
    On page 6642, in the third column, under Comment Procedures, in the 
first paragraph, in the sixth line, the date should read ``March 12, 
1999''.
