Correction

    In proposed rule document 99-3360 beginning on page 7142, in the 
issue of Friday, February 12 , 1999, make the following correction(s):


Sec.  71.1  [Corrected]

    1. On page 7143, in the first column, in Sec. 71.1, the heading 
``AGL MN E5 Hallock NM [Revised]'' should read ``AGL MN E5 Hallcok MN 
[Revised]''.
    2. On page 7143, in the first column, in Sec. 71.1, under the 
heading AGL MN E5 Hallock MN [Revised], in the eighth line, after 
``radius'', ``of'' should read ``to''.
