Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company; Notice of Technical 
Conference

February 13, 1996.
    In the Commission's order issued on December 29, 1995, in the 
above-captioned proceeding,\1\ the Commission ordered that a technical 
conference be convened to resolve certain issues raised by the filing.
