Privacy Act of 1974; Computer Matching Program

AGENCY: Defense Manpower Data Center, DLA, DoD.

ACTION: Notice amendment.

SUMMARY: The Department of Defense is amending the effective date of a 
Computer Matching notice between DoD and HUD. This amendment brings the 
notice into compliance with the 30-day statutory public comment period.

DATES: This effective date of the Computer Matching notice between DoD 
and HUD is amended to read March 24, 1998.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On February 9, 1998, at 63 FR 6542, the 
Department published a Computer Matching notice between DoD and HUD. 
This amendment brings the notice into compliance with the 30-day 
statutory public comment period.
