SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of an emergency for the State of Michigan (FEMA-3160-EM), dated January 10, 2001, and related determinations.

February 6, 2001.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of an emergency for the State of Michigan is hereby amended to include the following area among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared an emergency by the President in his declaration of January 10, 2001:

Bay County for emergency protective measures under the Public Assistance program for a period of 48 hours.
