SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the State of Texas, (FEMA-1356-DR), dated January 8, 2001, and related determinations.

January 30, 2001.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of a major disaster for the State of Texas is hereby amended to include the following area among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of January 8, 2001:

Titus County for Individual Assistance (already designated for Public Assistance).
