Take notice that on February 7, 2002, Mississippi River Transmission Corporation (MRT) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheets to be effective as follows:

To be effective October 1, 2001

Substitute Fifteenth Revised Sheet No. 8

To be effective November 1, 2001

Sixteenth Revised Sheet No. 8

MRT states that the purpose of this filing is to correct an administrative error and reflect the correct storage Fuel Use and Loss Percentage effective on October 1, 2001 and November 1, 2001.

Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed in accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations.
