Description: Casinos file Form 103 for currency transactions in excess of $10,000 a day pursuant to 31 U.S.C. 5313(a) and 31 CFR 103.22(a)(2). The form is used by criminal investigators, and taxation and regulatory enforcement authorities, during the course of investigations involving financial crimes.
