Correction

    In proposed rule document 03-1946 beginning on page 4406 in the 
issue of Wednesday, January 29, 2003 make the following correction:


Sec.  55.208  [Corrected]

    On page 4420, in Sec. 55.208, in the first column, in paragraph 
(a)(2)(i), in the fourth line, ``January 29, 2004'' should read 
``[Insert Date 1 Year After the Date of Publication of the Final Rule 
in the Federal Register]''.
