    Pennsylvania; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area
    
        As a result of the President's major disaster declaration on 
    January 21, 1996, and amendments thereto on January 22, 23, and 24, and 
    February 2, I find that the entire State of Pennsylvania constitutes a 
    disaster area due to damages caused by flooding which occurred January 
    19 through February 1, 1996. Applications for loans for physical 
    damages may be filed until the close of business on March 21, 1996, and 
    for loans for economic injury until the close of business on October 
    21, 1996 at the address listed below: U.S. Small Business 
    Administration, Disaster Area 3 Office, 4400 Amon Carter Blvd., Suite 
    102, Ft. Worth, TX 76155.
    
    or other locally announced locations. In addition, applications for 
    economic injury loans from small businesses located in the following 
    contiguous counties may be filed until the specified date at the 
    above location: Astubula and Trumbull Counties in Ohio; and 
    Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Sussex, and 
    Warren Counties in New Jersey.

    and for economic injury the numbers are 872500 for Pennsylvania; 873400 
    for Ohio; and 876300 for New Jersey.
        Any counties contiguous to a Pennsylvania county and not listed 
    herein, have been declared under a separate declaration for the same 
    occurrence.
