    SUMMARY: As specified in the official Notice of Availability (FR, Vol. 
    61, No. 250, p. 68284), the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) 
    requested comments on the Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact 
    Statement be received by February 10, 1997. This notice announces the 
    Service has reopened the comment period.
    
    DATES: Written comments are requested by May 1, 1997.
