ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition for rule making
filed by Fred R. Morton, Jr. requesting the allotment of Channel 268A
to Greenwood, Arkansas, as its second local FM transmission service.
Coordinates used for Channel 268A at Greenwood are 35-12-54 and 94-15-
30.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or before April 7, 1997, and reply
comments on or before April 22, 1997.

Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of 1980 do not apply
