    In rule document 97-1925, beginning on page 3787, in the issue of 
Monday, January 27, 1997, make the following correction:

     On Page 3788, in the second column, in Sec. 71.1, under AGL OH E5 
Toledo, OH [Revised], in the first full paragraph, the sixth line
