Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company; Notice of Technical 
Conference

February 15, 1996.
    An informal technical conference will be convened to resolve 
certain issues raised by the filing in the above-captioned proceeding 
and certain parties requesting the technical conference. Panhandle 
should be prepared at the technical conference to address such issues 
and provide further support. With respect to certain material

for which Panhandle has requested confidential treatment, the 
examination of relevant data is governed by executed protective 
agreements with the parties, as directed by the Commission in the 
September 1, 1995, order in this proceeding.\1\

    The conference to address the issues has been scheduled for 
Tuesday, March 5, 1996 at 10:00 a.m. in a room to be designated at the 
offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street,
