Correction

    In notice document 00-3236 beginning on page 7017 in the issue of 
Friday, February 11, 2000, make the following corrections:
    1. On page 7017, in the third column, six lines from the bottom, ``

    2. On the same page, in the same column, the line beneath ``DATES''
