Public Land Order No. 7104, Correction; Partial Revocation of 
Executive Order dated October 8, 1914, as Modified; Alaska

AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management, Interior.

ACTION: Public land order.

SUMMARY: This order will correct an error in the legal description in 
Public Land Order No. 7104.

EFFECTIVE DATE: February 23, 1995.

    By virtue of the authority vested in the Secretary of the Interior 
by Section 204 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, 
43 U.S.C. 1714 (1988), it is ordered as follows:
    The legal description, as stated in Public Land Order No. 7104, 59 
FR 62609, December 6, 1994, is hereby corrected to show the lands 
following the word ``except'' are now being revoked. The changes are as 
follows:
    On page 62609, third column, delete lines 4 through 8. In line 9, 
delete the words ``discharge; except'' and in line 16, delete the word 
``except''.
