Correction

    In notice document 95-2127 appearing on page 3942 in the issue of 
Friday, February 2, 1996, in the second column, the DATES section is 
corrected to read as follows:
DATES: Thirty (30) days after publication of the Notice of Availability 
in the Federal Register by the Environmental Protection Agency, the BLM 
will be issuing a Record of Decision. This will be followed by a 30-day 
appeal period.
