The Federal Communications Commission will hold an Open Meeting on
the subject listed below on Thursday, February 25, 1999, which is

Summary: The Commission will consider
rules regarding carrier provision of
subscriber list information to
directory publishers.
3............ Common Carrier. Title: Implementation of the Local
Competition Provisions in the
Telecommunications Act of 1996 (CC
Docket No. 96-98); and Inter-Carrier
Compensation for ISP-Bound Traffic.
Summary: The Commission will consider
issues related to the jurisdictional
nature of dial-up traffic delivered to
internet service providers.
4............ Common Carrier. Title: Defining Primary Lines (CC Docket
No. 97-181).
Summary: The Commission will consider
action to define ``primary residential
line'' and ``single line business
line'' as those terms relate to
subscriber line charges and
presubscribed interexchange carrier
charges.
5............ Common Carrier. Title: Continuing Property Records
Audits.
Summary: The Commission will consider
action relating to audits of continuing
property records.

Implement the Global Mobile Personal
Communications by Satellite (GMPCS)
Memorandum of Understanding and
Arrangements.
Summary: The Commission will consider
action concerning licensing,

designed to enhance the global
transport and roaming of GMPCS
terminals.
7............ Wireless Title: Implementation of Sections 309(j)
Telecommunicat and 337 of the Communications Act of
ions. 1934 as Amended; Promotion of Spectrum
Efficient Technologies on Certain Part
90 Frequencies (RM-9332); and
Establishment of Public Service Radio
Pool in the Private Mobile Frequencies
Below 800 MHz.
Summary: The Commission will consider
action concerning the Balanced Budget
Act of 1997.
