Incident: Severe Flooding.

Incident Period: 10/14/2005 through 10/15/2005.

Effective Date: 02/13/2006.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 03/23/2006.

EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/21/2006.
