Pacific Gas Transmission Co.; Compliance Filing

February 17, 1994.
    Take notice that on February 14, 1994, Pacific Gas Transmission 
Company (PGT) tendered for filing and acceptance revised tariff sheets 
to be a part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1-A.
    PGT states that the purpose of this filing is to revise language 
related to the flowthrough of refunds in PGT's Account No. 191 to its 
former sales customer, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, in compliance 
with the Commission's February 1, 1994, Order in this proceeding.
    PGT states that a copy of its filing is being served on the 
affected customer, interested state regulatory agencies, and the 
parties of record.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street 
NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Sec. 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. All such protests should 
be filed on or before February 25, 1994. Protests will be considered by 
the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but 
will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of 
this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for 
public inspection in the public reference room.
