CNG Transmission Corporation; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC 
Gas Tariff

February 17, 1995.
    Take notice that on February 15, 1995, CNG Transmission Corporation 
(CNG), filed for inclusion in its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised 
Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets:

Tariff Sheet and Proposed Effective Date

4th Substitute 1st Revised Sheet No. 31--July 1, 1994
3rd Substitute 1st Revised Sheet No. 201--July 1, 1994
2nd Substitute 2nd Revised Sheet No. 31--October 1, 1994
2nd Substitute 3rd Revised Sheet No. 31--November 1, 1994

    CNG states that these tariff sheets are being filed in compliance 
with the Commission's January 31, 1995, letter order in the captioned 
proceedings.
    CNG states that copies of this letter of transmittal and enclosures 
are being mailed to CNG's customers and interested state commissions.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington, DC, 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.211. All 
protests should be filed on or before February 27, 1995. Protests will 
be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action 
to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
