Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Co.; Notice of Compliance 
Filing

February 17, 1995.
    Take notice that on February 15, 1995, Williston Basin Interstate 
Pipeline Company (Williston Basin), tendered for filing Substitute 
Tenth Revised Sheet No. 18 to Second Revised Volume No. 1 of its FERC 
Gas Tariff.
    Williston Basin states that the revised tariff sheet is being filed 
in compliance with a Commission Letter Order issued February 10, 1995 
in the above-referenced dockets to reflect a revision to the base rate 
unit cost component of Rate Schedule IT-1.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of 
the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). All 
such protests should be filed on or before February 27, 1995. Protests 
will be consideration by the Commission in determining the appropriate 
action to be taken, but will not serve to make the protestants parties 
to the proceeding. Copies of the filing are on file with the Commission 
and are available for public inspection.
