Requirements
AGENCY: Interstate Commerce Commission.
ACTION: Notice of Exemption.

SUMMARY: Under 49 U.S.C. 10505, the Commission exempts the Commuter
Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority of Northeast
Illinois, d/b/a METRA's rail commuter service within the State of
Illinois and between Chicago, IL, and Kenosha, WI, from the tariff
filing requirements of Subtitle IV of Title 49.
DATES: This exemption is effective on February 24, 1995. Petitions to
reopen must be filed by March 16, 1995.
