1. Upholstered Furniture

    The Commission will consider options for Commission action to 
address the risk of fires caused by small open flame ignition of 
upholstered furniture.

2. Minoxidil

    The staff will brief the Commission on a proposed rule requiring 
child-resistant packaging under the Poison Prevention Packaging Act for 
preparations containing more than 14 mg of minoxidil.
