Revocation of Ray A. Bergeron as a Customs Approved Gauger
AGENCY: U.S. Customs Service, Department of the Treasury.
ACTION: Notice of Revocation of Ray A. Bergeron as a Customs Approved
Gauger.

SUMMARY: Ray A. Bergeron, of Channelview, Texas, a Customs approved
gauger, under Section 151.13 of the Customs Regulations (19 CFR
151.13), was found in violation of CFR 151.13 of the Customs
Regulations. Specifically, Ray A. Bergeron does not have a valid bond
filed with Customs as required under Section 151.13(b)(8) of the
Customs Regulations and did not notify Customs that he is going out of
business. Accordingly, pursuant to 151.13(k) of the Customs
Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Customs commercial gauger
approval of Ray A. Bergeron has been revoked with prejudice.
EFFECTIVE DATE: February 9, 1999.
