CNG Transmission Corp.; Supplemental Filing

February 18, 1994.
    Take notice on February 15, 1994, that CNG Transmission Corporation 
(CNG), filed the following statements and schedules in compliance with 
the Commission's January 31, 1994, order in this proceeding:

Supplemental Schedule K-1
Supplemental Statement P

    CNG states that in its filing it also responded to a February 3, 
1994, data request issued by the Director of the Office of Pipeline and 
Producer Regulation.
    CNG states that copies of this filing are being served upon parties 
to the captioned proceeding.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 
of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests should be 
filed on or before February 28, 1994. Protests will be considered by 
the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but 
will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of 
this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for 
public inspection in the public reference room.
