by; and Mergers of Bank Holding Companies; Correction
    This notice corrects a notice (FR Doc. 94-2890) published on page 
6032 of the issue for Wednesday, February 9, 1994.
    Under the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta heading, the entry for 
First Bankshares of West Point, Inc. is revised to read as follows:
    1. First Bankshares of West Point, Inc., West Point, Georgia; to 
acquire an additional 16.1 percent of the voting shares of First 
Peoples Bank, Pine Mountain, Georgia, for a total of 21.0 percent.
