AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Proposed rule; withdrawal.

SUMMARY: This document denies a proposal by KVCT(TV), Inc., former
licensee of television Station KVCT, Channel 19, Victoria, Texas,
proposing the reallotment of Channel 19 to New Braunfels, Texas, and
modification of the Station KVCT license to specify New Braunfels as
the community of license. See 56 FR 269681, June 12, 1991. With this
action, the proceeding is terminated.
DATES: The proposed rule is withdrawn February 26, 1996.
