    Description: Customs Forms 1302 and 1302A are used by the master of 
a vessel to list all inward cargo onboard and for the clearance of all 
cargo on board with commercial forms.

    Estimated Number of Respondents: 5,600.
    Estimated Burden Hours Per Respondent: 5 minutes.
