Correction

    In notice document 98-4013 beginning on page 8209, in the issue of 
Wednesday, February 18, 1998, make the following correction:
    On page 8210, in the second column, in the eighth line, ``[thirty 
days after publication in the Federal Register]'' should read ``March 
20, 1998''.
