SUMMARY: This notice announces receipt of applications to register
pesticide products containing new active ingredients not included in
any previously registered products pursuant to the provisions of
section 3(c)(4) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide
Act (FIFRA), as amended.
DATES: Written comments must be submitted by March 28, 1996.
ADDRESSES: By mail, submit written comments identified by the document

Pesticide Programs, Environmental Protection Agency, 401 M St., SW.,

Comments and data may also be submitted electronically by sending

Notice of approval or denial of an application to register a
pesticide product will be announced in the Federal Register. The
procedure for requesting data will be given in the Federal Register if
an application is approved.
Comments received within the specified time period will be
considered before a final decision is made; comments received after the
time specified will be considered only to the extent possible without
delaying processing of the application.
A record has been established for this notice under docket number
[OPP-30403] (including comments and data submitted electronically as
described below). A public version of this record, including printed,
paper versions of electronic comments, which does not include any
information claimed as CBI, is available for inspection from 8 a.m. to
