    Pursuant to Section 10(d) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as 
amended (5 U.S.C. Appendix 2), notice is hereby given of the following 
meeting

of the National Institute of Mental Health Initial Review Group:

    Agenda/Purpose: To review and evaluate grant applications.
    Committee Name: Clinical Centers and Special Projects Review 
Committee.
    Date: March 12-March 13, 1996.
    Time: 8:30 a.m.
    Place: Bethesda Marriott Hotel, 5151 Pooks Hill Road, Bethesda,
