The Applicable Statute

    Unless otherwise indicated, all citations to the statute are 
references to the provisions effective January 1, 1995, the effective 
date of the amendments made to the Tariff Act of 1930 (the Act) by the 
Uruguay Round Agreements Act (URAA)

Postponement of Preliminary Determination

    On February 16, 1996, petitioner, Marley Mouldings, made a timely 
request that the Department of Commerce postpone until Friday, May 3, 
1996, its preliminary determination in this investigation. Accordingly, 
pursuant to section 733(c)(1)(A) of the Act, we have done so.
    This notice is published pursuant to section 733(c)(2) of the Act.
