Correction

    In proposed rule document 96-3696 beginning on page 6588, in the 
issue of Wednesday, February 21, 1996, make the following correction:
    On page 6588, in the second column, under DATES:, in the second 
line, ``April 29, 1996.'' should read ``April 22, 1996.''.
