SUMMARY: This notice announces the XV public meeting of the BECC Board
of Directors on Tuesday, March 31, 1998, from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. at
the Airport Marriott Hotel on 1600 Airway Blvd., telephone (915) 779-
