Take notice that on February 14, 2003, Midwestern Gas Transmission Company (Midwestern) tendered for filing a report of activities during the first year of service under Rate Schedule PAL, Park and Loan Service.

Midwestern states that the filing is being made in compliance with Commission's December 28, 2001 order (97 FERC ¶ 61,386 (2001)), requiring Midwestern to file a report of its activities during the first year of service under Rate Schedule PAL.

Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed on or before the comment date. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
