Box 777, Crownpoint, NM 87313)(in situ leach mining operation)—concerning review of LBP-06-1, Partial Initial Decision (Phase II Radiological Air Emissions Challenges to In Situ Leach Uranium Mining License)” be held February 27, 2006, and on less than one week's notice to the public.
