Annual Burden Hours: 4,175.

Needs and Uses: This collection of information is used by the U.S. Marine Corps to provide a standardized method in rating officer program applicants in the areas of character, leadership, ability, and suitability for service as a commissioned officer.

Affected Public: Individuals or Households.

Frequency: On Occasion.

Respondent's Obligation: Voluntary.
