Availability of Public Docket 49416

    On February 10, 1993, the Department of Transportation's (DOT) 
Office of Commercial Space Transportation (OCST) conducted a public 
meeting for the purpose of gathering information relating to the low 
earth orbit (LEO) space market. Notice of the meeting was published in 
the Federal Register on February 3, 1994 59 FR (5219).
    Written submissions provided to OCST at the meeting or in response 
to the Notice are available for public inspection under Docket No. 
49416, in room 4107. DOT Documentary Services Division, U.S. Department 
of Transportation, 400 Seventh Street, SW., Washington, DC. Submissions 
designated as proprietary or confidential are not available to the 
public.
