National Institute of Child Health and Human Development; Meeting
of National Advisory Board on Medical Rehabilitation Research
Pursuant to Public Law 92-463, notice is hereby given of the
meeting of the National Advisory Board on Medical Rehabilitation
Research, National Institute of Child Health and Human Development,
April 7-8, 1994, Bethesda Marriott Hotel, 5151 Pooks Hill Road,
Bethesda, Maryland 20814.
The two-day meeting will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 5
p.m. on April 7 and 9 a.m. to adjournment on April 8. Attendance by the
public will be limited to space available. The Board will review: (1)
Progress achieved by the Center in developing medical rehabilitation
research and reports on workshops, conferences, grants, and other
activities; (2) progress on peer review of medical rehabilitation
research grant applications; (3) appropriation status of the Center;
and (4) a plan for establishing centers of excellence in medical
rehabilitation research. Reports on medical rehabilitation research
being sponsored by a variety of Federal agencies will be given. The
meeting will have a specific period of time set aside for public
comment on the activities of the Center and medical rehabilitation
research.

and a roster of Advisory Board members as well as substantive program
information. Individuals who plan to attend and need special
