Northern Natural Gas Company; Notice of Technical Conference

February 22, 1995.
    In the Commission's order issued February 15, 1995, the Commission 
held that the filing in the above captioned proceeding raises issues 
that should be addressed in a technical conference. Take notice that 
the technical conference will be held on Thursday, March 23, 1995, at 
2:00 p.m., in a room to be designated at the offices of the Federal 
Energy Regulatory Commission, 810 First Street, N.E., Washington D.C. 
20426. All interested parties and Staff are permitted to attend.
