Florida Gas Transmission Company; Notice on Technical Conference

February 22, 1995.
    On January 31, 1995, the Commission issued an order in the 
captioned proceeding requiring, among other things, a technical 
conference on the Florida Gas Transmission Company's proposed changes 
to its operating conditions. The conference will be held 10:00 a.m., 
March 22, 1995, at 810 First Street NE., Washington, D.C., in a room to 
be designated at that time. Any questions concerning the conference
