NorAm Gas Transmission Company; Notice of Change in Date of 
Technical Conference

February 22, 1995.
    Take notice that the technical conference originally scheduled to 
be held on Tuesday, February 28, 1995, at 10:00 a.m., will now be held 
on Thursday, March 9, 1995, at 10:00 a.m., in a room to be designated 
at the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 810 First 
Street, N.E., Washington D.C. 20426. All interested parties and Staff 
are permitted to attend.
