Pacific Gas Transmission Co.; Notice of Proposed Changes to FERC 
Gas Tariff

February 22, 1995.
    Take notice that on February 17, 1995, Pacific Gas Transmission 
Company (PGT) tendered for filing certain revised tariff sheets to be a 
part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1-A and Second 
Revised Volume No. 1 and requested that they be made effective March 
19, 1995.
    PGT states that the tariff sheets which it is submitting eliminate 
an ambiguity in calculating the Reservation Charge credit mechanism for 
Rate Schedules T- [[Page 10844]] 3 and FTS-1. In addition, PGT is 
correcting minor typographical errors to the table of contents of the 
Transportation Terms and Conditions of its First Revised Volume No. 1-
A.
    PGT further states it has served a copy of this filing upon all 
interested state regulatory agencies and PGT's jurisdictional 
customers.
    Any person desiring to be heard or protest said filing should file 
a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory 
Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in 
accordance with Sections 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's Rules 
of Practice and Procedure. All such motions or protests should be filed 
on or before March 2, 1995. Protests will be considered by the 
Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will 
not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person 
wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of 
this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for 
public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
