Agency Recordkeeping/Reporting Requirements Under Emergency 
Review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB)

    Title: Order/Notice to Withhold Income for Child Support.
    OMB No.: New.
    Description: PRWORA '96 (Pub. L. 104-193), section 324, requires 
the Secretary of DHHS to promulgate a standardized form for use by 
State and Local Child Support Enforcement agencies for collection child 
support payments through income withholding.
    Respondents: States, Puerto Rico, Guam and the District of 
Columbia.
